Wellness Consultation

Service Description

This is a one hour appointment that focuses on your past medical history, where you are now, and goal setting for the future. This appointment can cover anything you would like including, generalized wellness, preconception, weight loss, PCOS, Endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, and any womens health issues you need to address. This is 50 min consultation. All first time patients require a 50min consult.
