Modern Day Mamas

Modern Day Mamas is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Community that was created for women to be in community with other women to help them through all stages of life. We hike together, we do classes together, and no matter the life stage or transition we are committed to creating a community of like minded women who hold each other up. Modern Day Mamas and this group was created to be a safe space for moms to ask for help and to lean into each other on the multiple ups and downs that we find in pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between.
