Pregnancy Prep

Join us for Pregnancy Prep to gain basic understanding of  pregnancy, review trimesters,  growth and development, and the purpose of prenatal care.  We will discuss how a healthy lifestyle can positively affect the pregnancy and birth as well as affect the health of the mother. We will review our current lifestyle choices, including areas where we are doing well and areas that need improvement. We cannot wait to explore early pregnancy in a group setting. Join us in community and curiosity!
