Postpartum Prep

Join us in community for our third trimester education class. This class incorporates the 4th trimester and how to prepare for bringing baby home, basic newborn care, and breastfeeding basics. We cover how to care for our postpartum bodies and babies, mentally, physically, and through nutrition and supplementation. We discuss what to expect, how to set realistic expectations, and how to set boundaries for postpartum visits from friends and family. Join us in all things Postpartum!
